The user account does not have the privilege: log on as a service

While installing BIRT iHub I received the following message:
"The user account does not have the privilege: log on as a service...."

The user I was trying to use is in the administrators group, so I thought that should be covered since this user has complete and unrestricted access to the computer/domain. That was not true and I needed to do this to give this user the privilege:
- Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools\Local Security Policy
- Under Local Policies click on User Rights Assignment
- Open Log on as a service Properties.
- Add the user or the administrators group (if you want all administrators to have this privilege).
