Hard Reset the Palm Treo Pro

Hard Reset will delete all your data and reset the phone to the factory settings:

  1. While the phone is on, soft reset it while holding End.
  2. Continue pressing and holding End until the "Erase all data?" prompt appears.
  3. Press Up to confirm the hard reset.
  4. Wait for the progress bar on the Treo logo screen to fill before continuing to use your smartphone.
  5. Slide the back panel into place.
